New Delhi: The government Haryana on Wednesday was transferred by official, who was caught on the camera instructed the police to “break the head of” farmers during protests.

Minister of Manohar Minister Haryana Lal Khattar admitted that the choice of words by Sinha was wrong.
But he defended the police action itself.
“If they want to protest, they should do it peacefully.
If they jam the highway and throw stones at the police, then the police will also take steps to defend the law & order.
