LONDON: Brentford beat Swansea City 2-0 at the EFL Championship playoff final to gain promotion into the Premier League on Saturday.
Aims by Ivan Toney and Emiliano Marcondes at the opening 20 minutes in Wembley secured the victory for Brentford who’ll play at the top flight of English soccer next year for the very first time in 74 decades.
