British archer for Miss West Indies Series after the latest setback

LONDON: Already Absent British Bowler Jofra Archer will miss the West Indies tour after undergoing the second elbow surgery, it was announced on Tuesday.
Fast Birth of Barbados has come out of international action since March and his absence from England’s duties will now extend to more than a year after deciding repeated stress fractures in his right elbow requires another operation.
Archer, 26, underwent surgery on Saturday and he had now been ruled out by the British and Wales cricket board from a three-test tour from the original Indies in March – a series of officials hoped to mark his comect to international cricket.
But now the 2019 World Cup winner will not return to action until the first 2022 British season.
“Jofra Archer underwent the second surgery at the injured elbow on Saturday 11 December in London,” said an ECB statement issued on Tuesday.
“The procedure discusses the long-term stress fracture of his right elbow.” Back to cricket will be determined in time, but Jofra will not be available for the winter series left in the UK.
“This announcement will lead to a new debate about whether the archer, the son of a British father, can a bowl again at the Express Pace must return to professional cricket.
He exploded into the international stage by leading the British attack during their 2019 World Cup victory at home and Sussex quickly too starring in the ash series drawn against Australia.
Archer has been reserved to star in an ongoing ash campaign in Australia but is ruled out the months before the series.
The British is currently down with three to play after a comprehensive 275-run defeat in the second test in the second exam.

Archer, also a leading Cricketer at the Twenty20 global franchise circuit, has repeatedly said he wants to enjoy a successful test career but still has to be seen if his body will allow him to return to five days.
He is optimistic about his recovery when talking to the Australian channel seven Earlier this month , with archers saying: “Results (scanning) returned yesterday and it was quite promising, actually – everything moved forward.” It was just a matter of waiting a little more and became a little more patient because I was almost at the end of the road.
