British ministers call for independent supervision of the Football Association (FA) to review security failures at Wembley after violence and disruption in the Euro 2020 final between Italy and England, the Times newspaper reported.
The latter, Italy won in a penalty stretch, was damaged by clashes between fans and officials inside and around the stadium.
The police met had urged fans not to travel to Wembley if they did not have a ticket.
However, some fans violated Cordon security and were charged to the Wembley Perimeter area before Kickoff on July 11.
