LONDON: The British Parliament group consisting of a cross-party-focused parliament member who focused on the Indo-Pacific has issued a statement that expressed great concern that the Taliban could allow terrorist training camps to mobilize back in Afghan land under pressure from the “deep neighboring country of Pakistan” and “Other Islamic militant Islamic groups such as let and jem”.
The Indo-Pacific Indo-Pacific Statement by the Appg (All-Party Parliament Group) warns this can cause an increase in hard-line Islamist recruitment in the name of the jihad.
“In India, in particular, worried about the impact of the fall of Afghanistan about the increase in terrorism in Jammu and Kashmir,” said the English MPS statement.
It calls in India, England, the US, and other similar democracies to formulate a collective long-term response to the impact of Taliban takeover to prevent disaster and disaster consequences for peace and security at the Indo-Pacific.
APPG calls the international community not to release funds to the Afghan Taliban until there is a commitment from the Taliban to respect the principles of democratic government.
“There should be diplomatic pressure on the Taliban, because they are looking for some kind of recognition from the world community, to work with other stakeholders to decide the future of Afghanistan,” it stated.
It also expressed concern that schools and colleges in Afghanistan, where girls get good education, have almost all closed and that women are almost not visible on the streets again.
“The Taliban has officially told women to live in the room because they believe their warriors are not trained to deal with women,” the statement rang.
“There is also a resistance at Panjshir, where Ahmed Masood and Amrullah Saleh clearly did not recognize the Taliban.
All of this refers to the period of uncertainty and darkness for months and warns.
