Fujairah: The British Navy said the hijacker who boarded the ship off the coast of the United Arab Emirates in the Oman’s Bay had left a targeted ship, without describing.
The notification on Wednesday came after the British Military British military trading operation warned that the “potential piracy” under the condition was not clear the night before.
The group reports that “incident (is) is complete.” It does not provide further details.
Not immediately clear who is responsible for the ship’s efforts to try, or ship what is targeted.
The shipping authority of the Lloyd list and the global Maritime Dryad intelligence company identified the ship confiscated as Panama’s Asphalt Asphaltian daughter.
Ship owners, who are registered as Glory International based on Zirati’s free zone, cannot be contacted immediately for comments.
The event took place amid increasing tensions between Iran and West of a tattered nuclear agreement with the world’s power and as commercial shipments in the region itself were arrested at the lines of heretics.
Recently, the US, Britain and Israel have blamed Iran because of drone attacks on oil tankers off the coast of Oman who killed two people.
Iran denied involvement.
