LONDON: British counter terrorism police lead the investigation on Monday after arresting three suspected men aged between 21 and 29 under the terrorism law after an explosion outside the woman’s hospital in Liverpool on Sunday.
The explosion involved a taxi and a male car passenger was declared dead at the scene outside the Liverpool woman’s hospital and had not been formally identified.
The local Merseyside police said the taxi driver was taken to the hospital where he was treated due to his injury, which was not seen as a life threat.
