British police officers admit to killing women who are kidnapped at home

LONDON: An English police officer begged guilty on Friday to kill a 33-year-old woman who was kidnapped when she walked home from a friend’s house in South London.
Wayne Coumen previously claimed to kidnap and raped Sarah Everard, a marketing executive missing on March 3.
Cozens entered the guilty request for murder during the trial at the Central London Criminal Court, appeared with a video link from the high-security prison of Belmarsh.
The main police investigation was launched after Everhard’s loss.
His body was found a week later in Woodland more than 50 miles (80 kilometers) southeast of London.
Search Everard and news about murder caused national anger, with women sharing experiences threatened, attacking or only facing daily fears against violence while walking alone.
The police in the British capital came for criticism after several women attending Vigil for Everard was arrested for violating the restrictions of Coronavirus.
Cousen, 48, joined the London metropolitan police in 2018 and recently served in parliamentary and diplomatic protection orders, armed units responsible for maintaining embassies in the capital and parliamentary.
Tom prosecutor slightly said Cozens kidnapped Everard, a stranger, in a few rental hours after he completed a 12-hour police shift.
His body was found in the forest close to a plot of land owned by Cousen.
Apart from his guilty request, the prosecutor said Coenzens had not revealed where he raped and killed Everard.
“We still don’t know what drives him to commit this terrible crime against strangers,” Carolyn Oakley said from the crown prosecution service.
“Today is not a day to listen to the facts about what happened to Sarah.
Today is the day to remember Sarah, and our minds remain with their family and friends.” Coumen will be sentenced during a two-day hearing that began September 29.
The police have expressed shock and horrors of their crimes, but faced an investigation by the police supervision of how to deal with accusations of indecent exposure against cousds.
Metropolitan Police Commissioner Cressida Dick said he told the Everard family, “How very sorry for losing them, because of their pain and suffering.” “We all at the meeting were fed up, angry and destroyed by this truly terrible crime of men,” he said.
“Everyone in the police feels betrayed.”
