Guwahati: A suspected broker was detained from Gautati Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) on Wednesday for allegedly taking RS 5,000 from patient officers to arrange ICU beds.
The police detained the defendant, who had been identified as Biju Das, based on the complaint proposed by the GMCH Authority.
