Mumbai: a pine was registered against a real estate entrepreneur and director of a company in Mumbai for allegedly falsifying a 74-year-old man’s signature and using another person’s photo to prepare for transportation which showed that he had sold it.

Fir it was registered on Friday after the complainant, Jerome D’Souza, approached the police and then the Judge Court.
The police call various parts of the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) for forgery and cheating on the people accused.
FIR states that Deven Raghani, Nyanesh Parikh and the Board of Directors of a private limited company falsify D’Souza’s signature and also use photos of other people in their name in the ‘Conveyor Deed’ document that shows that he has sold 20%.

The transportation certificate is a contract, where, the seller transfers all rights to legal owners.
Raghani has a similar case that was delayed against him in Mumbai, said Airport Police Officials.
He said the police were investigating the right role played by the defendant mentioned in FIR.
Raghani said the allegations said by D’Souza were wrong and unfounded.
“We have bought this land from his nephew, LN D’Souza in 2008 but then canceled the agreement in 2010.
We paid Rs 9 Lakh to LN d’Souza.
We will move to court to share fir,” he said.
