Mumbai: MHTAK MEHTA businessman is likely to make his first appearance in front of the PMLA court specifically on Tuesday in the case of money laundering against his brother-in-law who was fugitive NIRAV Modi.
Mehta, an accused of reduction, has transferred a request that sucked the court that he would come to India and was afraid that remembering a warrant against him, he might be detained on his arrival.
