Jaisalmer: The border security force (BSF) on Thursday caught the ‘partner’ who married two different people and escaped from their homes near Bartmer international boundary.
BSF and various security agents after the investigation handed over the couple to the Sedwa Police.
Gujarat Frontier Digs M L Garg said, the pair will lead to the Deepla border outpost.
Jawan from the 83rd battalion caught them and asked about the reason to go towards the fence.
Both of them said they were married to others.
Youth has been identified as Tejaram and Soni woman.
Both have business before their marriage.
Tajaram works in a brick kiln in Pali.
Both refused to go to their home, he said.
Sho Jetharam Jaipal said that on Thursday afternoon both fled their homes and planned to go to Gujarat from the border Bhakhasar.
Some villagers saw them and chasing them and the couple was scared.
They feel that villagers will kill them.
Meanwhile, they reached the Deepla BSF border post and asked to protect them from the villagers.
BSF told the police and the police took him to the police station, he said.
