Greater Noida: The Bahujan Party Summons (BSP) accused their former national vice president to abuse the party’s name for his own interests, the police said on Tuesday.
GB Nagar District President (BSP) Lakhmi Chand complained who said Jai Prakash Singh issued Yatra – Kashiram Vichar Yatra – through the meaning of fraud.
He said Singh launched Yatra using party support money.
A pine has been submitted at the Badalpur police station under the 420 IPC (cheating).
Fire stated that Prakash misused the name of the party, symbol and flag to collect donations for “Yatra”.
