New Delhi / Bengaluru: Karnataka CM BS Yediyurappa Met PM Narendra Modi in Delhi on Friday after taking rented flight with several family members from Bengaluru.
Both of them spoke for half an hour in the middle of the buzz about the cabinet changes.
Yediyurappa, who often faced speculation about his time in the office, laughed at talk about leadership changes.
“I don’t know rumors about leadership changes.
You told me,” he told reporters after meeting with Modi.
He said he only discussed the problem related to development and would return to Bengaluru on Saturday.
He tends to meet Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Interior Minister Amit Shah before flying back.
According to some people in BJP, Yediyurappa wanted to go to his cabinet by dropping several senior ministers and brought fresh blood, as did Modi recently.
He went to Delhi to get a vacation.
