Kalaburagi: When the herd of buffalo ran into the additional commissioner (public instruction) in the village of Mandeval here, the boy grazed them expecting nothing but a problem.
The car had breastfeeded and the official was not happy.
But it turns out he is more unhappy when he knows that the boy is a bounder worker who is done by his parents.
The additional commissioner, Dr.
BKS Vardhan, wrote to Deputy Director of Kalaburagi in the Department to make the boy recognize the government school.
“I also instructed officials to file complaints against livestock owners,” Vardhan said.

“He said he had come out in grade 6 from a school in Hasaragundigi in Afzalpur Taluk,” Vardhan told Toi.
“If he continued, he would be in grade 8 now.
He said he was sent to work for a year for agricultural owners who had paid Rs 35,000 to his parents.
He has spent a half months there.
The boy has now been sent back to the house “Vardhan said he contacted the Block Education Officer (PEO) from Jewargi Taluk as soon as he knew the fate of the boy.
