PATNA: The Patna authorities detained an architect, Arvind Kumar Thakur (47), by Bariatu at Ranchi on Sunday for allegedly duping another district judge of Rs29.5 lakh in the name of selling him a flat.
The estimate is currently published at Motihari at East Champaran.
He’d paid Rs28.5 lakh into Thakur after accepting financing and Rs1 lakh out of his savings to buy a 3-BHK apartment for the approaching job named Rameshwaram Apartment, that was being assembled in Patel Nagar beneath Shastri Nagar police station area at Patna.
According to the FIR lodged by the ADJ from Thakur and his spouse Shashikala Thakur on May 6, 2019 with all Shastri Nagar police station, the ownership of the apartment was handed on to him 2016, however, the job was faulty since then.
Arvind was detained on November 14, 2019 and awarded a provisional bond for four weeks from the Patna high court on December 18, 2019.
Shastri Nagar police station SHO Ramashankar Singh reported a poor court in Patna had issued an arrest warrant from Arvind for non invasive of bond conditions approximately five weeks ago and he had been detained from Ranchi and attracted to Patna.
He explained the high court had granted bail to Arvind to the state he would settle the situation using the ADJ until March this past year.
However, it wasn’t obeyed.
“The ADJ afterwards moved a weak court in November last year for breach of bail bond because he did not settle the issue and an arrest warrant has been issued from Arvind,” he explained.
