Builder failed to fulfill the promise, say the Population of Taman Astaire

Gurgaon: Upset because of the lack of facilities and high care costs, a group of BPTP Astaire Garden, which is located in the Sector 70A, held a protest on Sunday allegating that the developer has failed to fulfill his promise even after 4 years giving flats ownership.
