Gurgaon: Two bodies were found in the rubble of a building in Khawaspur Patudi who collapsed on Sunday night, taking the third death.
One person had been injured in the incident.
On Monday, the National Disaster Response (NDRF) forces and firefighting personnel conducted rescue operations in heavy rain and water.
The two earth drivers are also on location.
The operation lasts around 18 hours.
Building owners and cargo company managers whose workers live in places have been ordered for negligence.
Cases have been registered under Section 288 (negligent behavior in connection with attractive or repairing buildings), 304 (II) (guilt) and 34 (general intentions) IPC at the Farrukhnagar police station.

The deceased has been identified as Robin (22), from above, and Pradeep Kumar (36) and Tenny Bharadwaj (32), both of Bhiwani.
Pradeep Chaudhary (27), from Siddharthnagar Regency above, is undergoing treatment in sectors 10 civil hospitals.

The building has five total quarters and 20-25 workers live there.

Vijay, who has worked with a cargo company for about a year, said: “We talked to our manager, Krishhan Kaushik, and the owner of the Ravidner Kataria building, who lived in Gurgaon, several times and asked him to shift us to another building.

Pataudi Mla Satya Prakash Jarawta said he went to the site immediately after learning about the incident.
“We renewed the minister’s chairman and immediately, a team from NDRF joined the rescue operation,” he said, adding that the investigation would be ordered to find out the reasons behind the collapse.
Mla said he would ask the government to compensate the men who died.
