Gurgaon: All housing buildings, given a job certificate (OCS) since October last year, will be checked for each building violation.
Buildings found with illegal construction after OC procurement will face strict action.
The City Department and State Planning (DTCP) have directed the team team to make visits and submit status reports to all the buildings.
“We have formed four new teams to examine construction and rampant unauthorized changes carried out in residential buildings after administration of OC.
Shipping status report post on February 28, the department will begin actions against violators,” said the district city planner (enforcement ) Batth Hospital.
This team, led by junior engineers, will check the site after administration of OC – first in 30 days and submit their reports to the department.
During locking, while the department is busy with other tasks, property owners make additional construction that violates the norm, officials said.
