Gurgaon: A colony of farmhouse carved in 50 hectares of agricultural land in Sohna was returned by the city department and planning state on Thursday.
Builder, who is developing a colony under the name of the ‘Nature Valley’ project in KrIrki and the villages of Bhogpur Sohna, has built a boundary wall, guard room, road network, light pole and other facilities and plans to sell farm houses built on it land One hectare.

The District Planner District (Enforcement) Batth Hospital said the builder did not have permission from any department to develop a farmhouse.

During the investigation, it was found that developers mislead investors by hiding facts about permits and agreements.
It was also found that developers promote illegal farmhouse colonies through social media to attract investors.

“The department gets details about the builder and will recommend to fir them.
