Nagpur: Following hawkers on Thursday, Sitabuldi shopkeepers whined to measures taken by Sitabuldi police station on Friday.
The hawkers whined against city authorities and Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) for never letting them install stalls, even while shopkeepers have flocked to obstructing the Sitabuldi primary street, which prevents clients from coming into their own stores.
