Bulldozers Start Razing House in Khori

Faridabad: With less than a week remaining for a six-week deadline set by the Supreme Court for 10,000 homes built illegally in Khori Village to be destroyed, the corporation of the city of Faridabad (MCF) on Wednesday began to attract concrete structures in the middle.
Heavy police deployment.
Drive, which began at around 11:30 a.m., was stopped after two hours due to heavy rains and will continue on Thursday.
The top yesterday has passed the demolition command on June 7 because the houses explore the Aravali forest land that is sensitive to the environment.
Ten teams were formed by the district government, which consisted of police and MCF officials, drives demolition.
Nearly 3,000 police, including three DCPs, 12 accps and crime branch officers, deployed and traffic police and fast action force teams were also present.
A total of 17 bulldozers are pressed into action.
While the authorities did not divulge details, locals said about 150 houses were destroyed.
During the drive, the police raised the road to the road to the village.
The entry of the vehicle was limited and reopened after the drive concluded around 1:30 a.m.
“We have completed the target set for the first day of demolition and we will solve it before July 19 in accordance with the command of the Supreme Court,” Dr.
Garima Mittal, Commissioner MCF, told MediodPersons.
Mittal added that for the rehabilitation of the villagers who were moved, arrangements had been made with the help of the Red Cross community.
“We will establish a camp for villagers to apply for rehabilitation.
We have also arranged a temporary shelter,” he said.
However, locals are not sure about the rehabilitation plan and told TII they will stay back in the village and sleep in tents or vehicles.
‘Items are now buried under debris while the drive does not see violence or protests, there is an anger that is visible and anxious among the villagers.
Many strike to see the structure dismantled.
Sukhbir Singh, whose house was the first destroyed, had gone to his village in Mainpuri after locking was announced and has returned only four days ago.
He has no feelances about what is in the store.
“I have made my house with the money obtained with difficulty.
Most of our belongings are now buried under the rubble.
I have five children.
Where will I take it? We will stay here just by making some temporary settings, “Singh, a worker, said when he and his wife sat down to eat food provided by a police officer.
Vimless Sharma, another village resident whose house was destroyed, held one of his grandchildren and took refuge in the parked auto.
Sharma said he came to Khori Village from Mainpuri about 15 years ago.
“We have invested our life savings in this house and have no place to go.
We have all decided to stay back here,” he said, tears ran down his cheeks.
Mukesh Shah, a pedicab puller, said his family had spent a night without sleep for the past few days.
“We are not a thief.
We buy these houses with our poor work money.
The government has come up with a rehabilitation plan, but the majority of people here are bets every day and have no good income.
How will I pay the Flat EWS? The government will give We assistance of Rs 2,000 to pay rent, but where we will find such accommodations? They should first plan our rehabilitation and then start demolition, “Shah said.
