City: Bundi City Police on Wednesday night ordered the Bundi Mahila police station who had been suspended to harass sexually and followed the victims of Mahar.
The investigation of this problem has begun.
The 30-year-old victim, his parents, accompanied by the leader of the Local Congress Charmesh Sharma on December 18 met with the defendant Shoukat Khan at the Mahila Police Station in Bundi to look for appropriate actions in the case.
However, the sho was thought to not only behave badly with the victim but also talked to him in vulgar language.
Then he also asked him to chat with him on WhatsApp and video calls.
With the pretext of an investigation, he allegedly touched the victim inappropriately and called him alone in his room.
On another occasion, Sho turned out to be a father out and took a photo of the victim from the case file and kissed him in front of him.
Sho allegedly continued to increase the pressure on the victim for a relationship with him said he would take action against the defendant in the case only when he would support him and accept his application.
According to the victim’s family, they were forced to stay under Terror Sho for the day.
But finally, fed up with constant harassment, they returned to Sharma a few days back and narrated to him the following suffering he helped the victim gather evidence against the sho.
They met the city range IG Ravi Dutt Gaur on Monday and filed a complaint against Sho Khan and the same copy sent to the following CMO state whose action was taken, Sharma said.
Following orders, the additional supervisor of the Kishorilal police on Tuesday was sent to investigate the allegations, say Bundi SP Jai Yadav.
The victim’s report was recorded on Wednesday and the case below Section 354 (a) (sexual abuse) and 354 (D) (stalking or trying to encourage personal interaction) has been submitted against Sho Khan Defendant in the Bundi City Police Station.
