Burdwan: A 32-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday for killing his mother two years ago and burying his body in the concrete in their home in Pirdwa Hatudewan.
Police said Sahidul, aka Nayan, was rounded after a complaint submitted by his brother, Kismat Ali.
“We have asked permission from the court to dig their mother’s body, Sukurana Bibi,” said an officer, added that the forensic team was also being pressed into the service.
According to the probe preliminary, Sukurana Bibi lives with her younger sister Sahidul, but often visits Kahmat.
The older son suspected something was wrong when he stopped visiting him and his brother traced the question about him.
Then, Rahmat learned from local villagers who might do Sahidul and he told the police.
