Nagpur: A thief escaped from police detention when he was treated at medical and government hospitals, Nagpur in Thursday.
Sonegaon police have arrested the Kanhayalal Urkude (20) PANKAJ, a resident of Mahakali Nagar in the Beltarodi region in connection with the theft case.
He was ordered under Section 457 and 380 from the Indian punishment code.
“He was treated at GMCH for after he developed some health problems.
At around 1,45 in the morning, the Urkude allegedly encouraged police personnel to be there and escape,” police sources said.
The police have launched a massive hunt for arresting it.
