Srinagar: Muzaffar Wani, Mr.
Terrorist Hezbul Mujahidin Burhan Wani, appointed a national flag in a school in the Pulwama District of Jammu and Kashmir as part of the celebration of the Sunday Independence Day, officials said.
Muzaffar Wani, who is a teacher with a profession, unfurled a national flag at the place of higher school government girls in trales, they said.
Burhan Wani’s murder in a meeting with security forces in July 2016 in South Kashmir has triggered a massive five-month summer agitation in Kashmir which killed more than 100 people and thousands of injured people.
As part of the ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’, the UNI administration has directed all departments including the Ministry of Education to ensure that the lifting of the flag was held in all offices on independence day.
