Business units working near the toll road can be started from November

Large Noida: Industrial activity will soon take off in the Yamuna Expressway area.
Having a plot in two industrial estates, sector 32 and 33, the possibility of being offered to entrepreneurs in November, officials said.
The Association of Indian Member Toys allocated plots of more than 100 hectares in Sector 33 met with Chief Executive Offical of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (Yeida) on Tuesday to discuss the process.
CEO Yeida told them to start planning their units.
“Construction can be started from Diwali.
Internal roads are being developed in sector 32 and 33.
We will immediately request allotte to execute the deed of rent.
By Diwali, they will be in a position to start construction,” said Arun VIR CEO VIR Singh.
At the meeting, the toy association demanded an additional 100 hectares near the existing toy cluster.
Some of the leading manufacturers who are interested in toy clusters is Hilife Marktech, Playgro, Sports Jatinder, Glitter Silver creation and Hablo toys.
“On Tuesday, we demanded 60 hectares.
The remaining land will be taken soon,” said Vice President Association, Naresh Gautam.
However, producers await policies from the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of the State Government.
They have shared Karnataka government policies with senior officials and urges them to develop policies on similar lines.
Karnataka has made an exclusive cluster in Koppal District and offers many incentives and subsidized schemes to producers.
The main secretary of the main MSME department and export promotion above, Navneet Sehgal said: “We are trying to complete the policy.
We have considered the suggestions and the Koppal model is also being examined.”
