Coimbatore: Butterfly parks arranged by the Ministry of Forestry in Aliyar near the Pollachi will be opened to the public from Monday.
This park has many types of flowering plants that attract butterflies, said the Anamalai Tiger Reserve field.
“We have installed the stone sidewalks, bird replicas, reptiles, and wild animals in the park.
Children can bathe in artificial cascade.
Visitors can get beautiful views of the aliyar dam from the Watchtower,” he said.
“Even though beauty work is finished for a long time, we can’t open the park because of pandemic restrictions.” The Ministry of Forestry will collect the entrance fee of Rs 10 per person.
