Buyers submit bank notifications to take legal assistance

Noida: Some buyers of the two Shubhkamna Group projects, where no single flat has been delivered so far, has decided to take legal assistance to the recovery process that began against them by the bank not to pay emiss in a row.
Both Projects – Shubhkamna Techome in Noida Sector 137 and Shubhkamna City in Greater Noida – have been warred by the same group that has Impex PSA Pvt Ltd.
On September 24, the buyer Sampada Livia, a jammed project, secured the stay from the Delhi High Court against recovery notice issued by the bank.
Flat in two ShubhKamna projects should be delivered between 2015 and 2016.
In all three projects, including Sampada Livia, not one of the 2,050-odd apartments has been submitted so far.
Many buyers stop paying installments to the bank.
“Initially, the promoter of the three projects was the same, but they hovered different companies to execute them.
Only Sharma and Harish Kumar were sent to their respective prisons in September 2018 and September 2020.

According to Chandra, there are more than 100 buyers at Shubhkamna City which have been issued by the Bank so far.
“Some have submitted a court petition.
The others have decided to import themselves and take legal assistance,” Chandra said.
“In our project, close to 10-12 buyers have received notification from the bank.
They will check the orders of the High Court and the buyer’s petition that has been relieved,” Singhala said.
