CHANDIGARH: Following some relaxations from Covid curfew, the UT government has chosen to start Registration and Licensing Authority (RLA) workplace for people coping from June 1.
An senior UT official stated,”In the aftermath of the next tide of Covid-19, the UT had enforced a lockdown from town.
As Registration and Licensing Authority is a people working section, it had been determined it will stay closed until May 31 to include the virus ” With instances diminishing, it’s been decided to restart the RLA working for public coping from June 1 using restricted solutions on the grounds of new online appointments,” he added.
Originally, services such as registration of vehicles in addition to other country vehicles, NOC of vehiclesand renewal of registration certificate, issuance of international driving license, NOC of driving license and renewal of driving license is going to be initiated through internet appointment.
The UT government also explained the appointments booked by the candidates will stand to prevent collecting on the workplace premises.
On the other hand, the candidates who want to reserve an appointment to the restricted services may go to the official site www.
chdtransport.
gov.
in.
The portal site for booking of appointment will be made operational from 10am on May 29.
No applicant / individual is going to be amused without an internet appointment.
Each of the candidates will be asked to adhere to all essential protocol linked to Covid-19, the UT mentioned.
