Mumbai: Veermata Jijabai Bhosale City Udyan and zoos in byculla, known as byculla zoo, will be reopened for visitors in 1.
November.
People can visit the zoo between 9:30 a.m.
and 6pm.
However, ticket sales will be stopped by 4pm not as in the past when someone can buy a ticket until 5.15 a night.
Authorities have appealed to senior citizens to avoid visiting zoos and gardens.
Likewise, parents have been urged to avoid carrying children under the age of five.
Wearing a mask is mandatory in the public area.
Storage facilities for goods at the zoo have been temporarily closed.
The public can expect to get a glimpse of the two new additions for the Humboldt Penguin colony.
