Jaipur: In all, 70.41% of voter voters were recorded to determine the fate of 16 candidates at Bypolls to Dhariawad and the constituency of Vallabhnagar assembly until the end of the vote on Saturday.
While in Dhariawad (Pratapgarh) 69.38% breakthrough, 71.45% poll registered in Vallabhnagar (Udaipur).
State Praveen Gupta State Chief Selection said that webcasting was carried out at 64 sensitive voting stations on constituencies.
Bypolls are required for the death of the MLA Congress from Vallabhnagar Gajendra Singh Shakawat and BJP Legislator from Dhariawad Gautam Lal Meena.
Gupta said direct webcasting monitoring was also carried out at four levels.
“The control room was founded by the electoral department at the state level to monitor webcasting directly.
Along with this, monitoring was also carried out at the level of officers who returned and the district election officers.
Webcasting was immediately monitored by the General Election Commission (ECI),” Gupta said.
“Polling is done peacefully and we have not received a complaint with respect to legal issues and orders,” Gupta added.
Mohni Bai (100) is one of the oldest who voted in the polling booth in Bhinder (Udaipur).
“Democracy is strengthened by choosing,” he said after voting.
In Vallabhnagar, from 2,453 different voters, 2,215 (90.30%) run their franchise and in Dhariaward, from 2,138 voters, 1,764 (82.50%) gave their voices.
There are more than 5 lakh voters in the assembly constituency of Vallabhnagar and Dhariawad.
Overall, 638 voting stations were established in both constituencies, 310 in Vallabhnagar and 328 in Dhariawad.
Overall, 11 companies from central armed police forces (CAPF) and state armed police forces (SAPF) were deployed in Vallabhnagar and Dhariwad to ensure peaceful elections in two assembly constituencies.
Overall, 4,468 police personnel were deployed in the assembly constituency to maintain the law and order during the Bypolls.
There are 119 sensitive voting stations in constituencies.

Micro observer is present at 12 voting stations in Vallabhnagar and 14 in Dharawad.
