C-VAX is given to 57% in groups 15-17 in Haryana

Gurgaon: The state has vaccinated 57% of the eligible population in the age group 15-17 until now.
According to data from the Ministry of Health, Noah has been inoculating only 20% of adolescents who meet the requirements so far, the lowest in the state.
Vaccination for the 15-17 age group began on January 3.
A total of 15,43,040 in this age group qualified for JABS.
Gurgaon, which aims to vaccinate 100% of this age group on January 10, has succeeded in managing shots to 70% until Tuesday.
It has provided 1,05,700 covaxin doses, while 1.51,000 teenagers qualify for Jab.
Vaccine coverage is calculated as an official target estimate based on population projections.
The city is aggressively encouraging to increase vaccination drive coverage for children because Gurgaon has reported more than 2,000 new covid cases every day.
“We have expanded our reach by entering this category on a door vaccination drive to the ongoing door in Gurgaon rural areas.
We have also established camps in religious places and also involving RWA in urban areas,” said Chief Medical Officer Yadav , Second District with teenagers who qualified the maximum in this group is Faridabad (1.20,000).
It has provided Jab to 79.882 until now (coverage of 67%).
Meanwhile, Karnal has given the first dose to 57,515 (90%) of its qualified population, the highest coverage in Haryana.
However, the target population (64,090), however, is one of the lowest in the state.
From this district, Kaital has provided Jabs to 68% in the 15-17 category, followed by Palwal (65%), Bhiwani (65%), Charchi Dadri (64%), Panipat (63%), Aperar (62%), Mahendergarh (62%), REWARI (61%), Sonīpat (61%), Kurukshetra (58%), Ambala (57%), Jind (57%), Jind (57%), Jhajjar (56%), Panchkula ( 53%), SANSA (48%), and YAMUNANAGAR (46%) FateHabad (43%) and Rohtak (43%).
Asked how Haryana would increase the vaccination rate for this age group, a senior health official told TII that each district had been asked to conduct an initiative to increase the vaccination rate.
“Haryana has no deadline for this age group.
All districts have been told to carry out maximum vaccinations because countries are left behind in giving Jab to Category 15-17.
District can decide on their own strategy depending on their target,” the official said.
Meanwhile, 1,076 in this group got Jab in Gurgaon on Tuesday.
In addition, 5,707 people in groups 18-44 and 999 in groups 45-59 took photos.
A total of 1,297 people over 60 years old, 85 health workers and 285 frontline workers were also implemented.
