CAA, NRC is associated with religion for mileage politics: Bhagwat

Guwahati: CAA and NRC are not anti-Hinduism or anti-Muslims, but they have been associated with religion just to get political mileage, said the Head of RSS Mohan Bhagwat here on Wednesday.
“CAA and NRC have not been framed against Indian citizens.
An Indian citizen, who is a Muslim, will not be a loser because of CAA,” Bhagwat said.
“In the history of post-independence, during the Nehru-Liaquat Pact, there is a guarantee that the minority will be taken care of.
We are still taking care of the minority, but Pakistan does not,” he added.
Bhagwat returned to the partition to find the root of the refugee problem, which still haunted the country.
“Indians fight together against England to achieve free Indian goals.
But the partitions that occurred and the mandate of the people were not taken before dividing the country.
The leaders decided and people received,” he said.
Bhagwat said India was still facing Brunt as a partition victim still overthrown from their land.
“Who will think of those whose settlements are outstanding because they receive partitions without opposing leaders? Who will think of them?” He asked, called it moral responsibility to protect the refugees.
Bhagwat said India had to think of a population that was persecuted in Pakistan.
“During the disaster, we offer assistance to people in our neighbors, who will not even come to India.
How can we leave being persecuted,” he said, advocating for CAA.
Bhagwat said that every government in the world documents its citizens’ profiles through exercises such as NRC.
“NRC is about information about residents living in the country as residents.
We must know their movements that have arrived with visas as guests and those who slip out without permission,” said Bhagwat.
He said even though NRC did not oppose Indians, citizenship documents were being analyzed in a political background because the government had to carry out tasks.
“When the NRC problem goes to the political domain, it will only be discussed to get a political mileage,” said Head of RSS.
He blamed the other part, who would see the narrative on the communal path.
“They have made NRC-CAA Hindu-Muslim problems.
But residents must be aware because they have a correction tool, which they use every five years,” Bhagwat said.
He also explored critics, said that secularism had been in the blood of India for 5,000 years and the constitution was secular because those who trapped him live in secular India.
“India accepts diversity in culture, food and lifestyle.
We do not need to learn secularism, socialism and democracy from the world.
This is our tradition, it is in our blood,” he said.
Bhagwat said that since 1930 there had been efforts that had been planned to increase the Muslim population.
“There is no terror released on Muslims to come here and increase the population.
There is no economic problem behind their population growth.
It is a well-planned design that with the increasing population they will set their hegemony and it will be Pakistan one day Later, “Bhagwat said, accused the idea for Punjab, Sindh, Assam and Bengal.
To a certain extent, he said, the plan managed to divide India but failed to take Assam and got half of Bengal and Punjab.
“They want the corridor through the middle of India but cannot succeed,” he said.
Speaking on that occasion, the Minister of Himanta’s Minister Buswa Sarma said that in Indian democracy, which has a reputation as the biggest in the world with deep democratic principles in it, has a person’s alternative sound scope.
