Mumbai: Video of cleaning the marshal designated by civil at the mask-watch attached to the hood of a moving aggregator machine has been viral.
The Vakola police have tracked and ordered a taxi driver.
While a case was registered on Thursday, the driver was questioned and released by warning because the violation was suspected, police said.
Marshal, who was not injured in the incident, had been identified as Suresh Pawar (36).
He said the incident occurred on Wednesday.
Pawar, a resident of Hanuman Tekdi in Santacruz (East), said even though he had worked as a marshal for two years now, he had never experienced such an experience before.
“On Wednesday night, I was close to the signal of Hans Bhugra in Santacruz when I saw a woman in a taxi without a face mask.
When I asked her to pay a fine of Rs 200, she agreed, but the taxi driver began to debate.
The woman is ready to pay a fine when the driver Taxis started driving.

Meanwhile, a motorcyclist who watched the incident fired a video that is now a viral on social media.
Sudhir Chowdhury, Area Manager for cleaning Marshals, said they were often criticized but no one saw “the other” when the driver acted in such a way.
Kalina Corporator Tulip Miranda said in the meeting of the Environment Committee she had raised the problem forbid marshal to traffic signals.
