Cabinet approved 58,000 jobs at Gram Panchayats

Lucknow: A strong push on public welfare ahead of the upcoming assembly election is proven in killing proposals cleaned by the cabinet up on Wednesday, from creating jobs to expand the range of health insurance benefits, work for different farmers.
In the main decision that will see more than 58,000 jobs created, the Cabinet provides a nod to the appointment of the Panchayat Assistant and Operator of the Accountant-Cum-Data Entry and Construction of the Panchayat Office or the Rural Secretariat for each Pancrayat in the state.
There are 58,189 grams of panchayats in the state, many of them even even basic offices even though they are responsible for implementing some of the most important government schemes.
Assistant and accountant will be paid at Rs 6,000 per month.
At present, there are 16,000 posts of pancidic gram officials and gram development officers who only use 10,000.
Similarly, there are 33,577 grams of Pancrayat Bhawan on land, while 24,617 is being construction.
These buildings will be repaired where around Rs 1.75 lakh will be allocated.
A Jan Seva Center will be arranged at every Panchayat office and a separate room will be allocated to Sakhi’s banking correspondent.
In another important decision, the Cabinet agreed to the proposal to cancel the 2011 government order for ordering a 3% disability in the government department and replaced it with a new order where recruitment for disabled people would be carried out directly by each department for group A, service B, C and D.
Recruitment will be carried out in order in 2016 where seven previous disability categories expanded to include 21 others and reservations are extended from 3% to 4%.
Government spokesman Sidharth Nath Singh said the Chairman of the Minister of Yogi Adityanath had formed a committee in 2019 who requested all 68 departments to assess how many posts in each of the four categories must be provided for people with disabilities.
“The report has been submitted and has been decided that direct recruitment will take place in each department for each of the four categories,” he said.
The Cabinet also agreed to the RS 800 Crore limit as a guarantee for loans provided to the Rural Cooperative Banks by National Banks for rural development between July 1, 2021 and 30 June 2022.
The Cooperative Committee applicants have been allowed to provide loans to Rs 400 Crore.
This initiative is seen as a government step to help farmers financially in the assembly process.
The Cabinet also approved the proposal to employ Teachers temporarily for non-governmental non-government and state universities for Sanskrit for sessions 2021-22 and 2022-23, or until the appointment of regular staff, which before, to overcome the problem of teacher deficiencies.
The selection committee, led by these schools and college players has been formed at the district level.
These teachers will be paid Rs 12,000 per month.
In other social well-being oriented movements, about 40 Lakh Antyodaya card holders, which are not beneficiaries under PM or CM Jan Arogya Yojana, will now be included in the CM scheme Jan Arogya.
