NEW DELHI: BJP Rajya Sabha MP Bhupender Yadav on Wednesday was sworn by the United Minister as part of the first cabinet expansion of the term of the second term of Narendra-LED Narendra-LED.
Yadav 52-year-old is a MP Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan and serves a second term.
He was known for his leadership in many parliamentary committees.
Before starting his political career, he was an advocate at the Supreme Court and also served as a government advisor to an important commission.
From 2000-2009, YADAV was the General Secretary, all Indian lawyer organizations (Akhil Bharatiya Adhivaka Parishad) and the National Secretary, the Bharatiya Janata Party in 2010.
He attended many conferences on various legal topics both at national and international levels.
He became the National Secretary General, BJP in 2014; Prabhari (IN-Customs), the Department of Election Management of Bihar, Gujarat and Maharashtra, BJP and Members, Joint Parliament Committee on Security in the Parliament Complex.
He has lived public life for more than two decades.
He has LLB from Government College, Ajmer.
The ceremony swore at the new minister as part of the expansion of the first Union Cabinet is currently underway.
President of RAM Nath Kovind gave an office oath and confidentiality to new members of the Council of Ministers in Rashtrapati Bhavan.
A total of 43 leaders took an oath in the recovery and expansion of the first Union Cabinet on Wednesday after Prime Minister Narendra Modi returned to power for the second term in May 2019, according to sources.
Towards the renovation and expansion of the Union Cabinet, 12 Union ministers included Ravi Shankar Prasad, Dr.
Harsh Vardhan, Prakash Javadekar and D.V.
Sadandada Gowda has resigned from the position of their council.
