Head of the Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology of GMC Dr Andre Fernandes and Gynecology Head Dr.
Guruprasad Pednekar is also part of the panel.
The panel has been given ten days to submit his findings in connection with three points raised in complaints submitted by teenagers.
Postmortem has revealed that the teenager died of drowning.
While his family accepted the body and did the last ritual, they then suspected playing cheating.
Visa was not maintained for chemical analysis because there was no request received from the police.
On Friday, the teenage father filed a complaint at the Calangute police station that his daughter was killed, and lifted three points to prove his claim.
After that, Calangute Pi Nolasco Raposo wrote to GMC Dean Dr.
S M Bandekar to form a medical board to examine postmortem reports and give an opinion about three points raised by the complainant.
One of the points raised with regard to postmortem lividity – settled blood under the influence of gravity that developed at the initial postmortem interval – found in the back of the deceased.
The body was found by the coast guard around 7 in the morning, while postmortem was carried out in the afternoon.
The explanation has been searched for bruises found in the body.
