Calcutta High Court Rap for SSC ‘Foul Play’

Kolkata: The Calcutta High Court took the exception of allegations of cheating over the appointment of 25 people by the West Bengali Secondary Education Council based on the “Recommendation” West Bengal Central School Service Commission.
The court will hear this case again on Thursday.
Justice Abhijit Gangopadhyay refused to give more time to the school service commission (SSC) for the investigation after it took place that “no letter of recommendation like that was” issued by four SSC regions despite the copies of the letters produced in the previous court.
“It seems that some play violations have committed to providing an appointment of a number of letters of recommendations that are not issued by the appropriate authority,” the court observed.
Earlier on that day, the Secretary of the West Bengal Central Diversity Commission came under fire because he could not find a response to the alleged play cheat.
“Rotten Drama” was revealed on Wednesday when SSC Coissel Kishore Dutta handed over that the North SSC region signaled the Commission that it had not issued recommendations.
Dutta searches for more time for an investigation, begging that the Commission has no intention of protecting anyone.
Judge Gangopadhyay rejected the SSC prayer on the grounds that the entire database on the SSC computer “can be changed by clicking the” button.
The court observed that it could order the CBI probe, if necessary.
The judge asked the SSC advisor to produce a response from three other regions at 3:00 p.m.
Samrat Sen’s country proposes that “this problem really needs an investigation” and proposes an investigation below the retired HC Judge.
The court before considering the SSC proposal directed the SSC to submit Affidavit at 2:00 p.m.
on Thursday which stated clearly that there was no SSC area, including the southeast region mentioned earlier, issued all recommendations letters.
The court also ordered 25 people whose appointment letters were submitted on Thursday because the statement of the tethered must be carried out by the party.
The court also directed the school district inspector to stop their salaries thus.
