It takes a manual effort to collect and compile fake calls or tricks in the ‘100’ system.
The Family of the Raut has denied that he made a fake call or trick to the control room.
“Why does someone casually call the police control room for pleasure or damage.
He (Raut) is a helpful man who might tell the police several times seeing some injustice happening,” said a relative.
KIN also faced the police theory that there was no benefit.
“Anyone can come to our environment and ask the audience about what happened,” he said.
Police Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that a list of fake tricks and callers was prepared manually and such callers would be handled by a method ranging from warnings to counseling and even strict legal actions.
“Our police command will attend a call, whether it is fake or original.
We have published firm instructions for our patrol commando to deal with civilians with dignity and unlike they do with hardened criminals,” he said.
CP said that the launch of an emergency number 112 will help him fully analyze fake callers and tricks on who corrective measures can begin.
“Our control room was flooded with fake callers or tricks but the police were mostly tolerant and attended every call in the shortest possible time.
Unfortunately, some citizens caused a disruption to the 100 system,” he said.
