Kolkata: Baral Bengal Bengal Head Mamata Banerjee on Thursday said the government was weighing the choice to reopen schools and colleges on alternative days after the holiday Durga Puja in November.
Educational institutions have been closed in the state since the plague of Pandemi Covid-19 in March last year.
“However, no one has been resolved,” Banerjee said to reporters after the Global Advisory Board (GAB) meeting, led by Nobel Laureate Abhijit Vinayak Banerjee, at the State Secretariat.
Economists are in West Bengal to discuss the Covid strategy.
