Canada’s Denis Shapovalov has determined to not compete in the Tokyo Olympics due to the continuing COVID-19 outbreak, the world 12 stated on Monday.
Even the 22-year-old Shapovalov is the newest player to select out of this Olympics since Spaniard Rafa Nadal and also Austria’s Dominic Thiem both declared last week that they wouldn’t compete at the July 24-Aug.
