Katihar: Mohammad Azad Alam arrived at the buffalo to submit his nomination for Panchayat polls on Saturday.

I am a dairy farmer, I can only ride the buffalo.” Nature, which fought with Rampur’s Hase Panchayat, said that if he won the poll, he would focus on the health sector.
On August 25, the Commissioner of the Election of Bihar Deepak Prasad has announced that Pancrayat polls in Bihar will be held in 11 phases, the first phase of voting will be on September 24 while the last phase of the vote on December 12.
