Candidates for brutal village people losers; held

Aurangabad: Pancayat poll candidates who lost to Bihar had been arrested after being ordered because of brutalizing several residents of Dalit Village, which he blamed for losing his election, the police said on Monday.
The problem is related to the Amba police station area in the South Bihar district where the defendant, Balwant Singh, was not successfully contested for the post “Mukhiya” in Dumri Panchayat.
“The problem was revealed when a video became a viral on social media where the defendant was said to impose several people to lick the ground after spitting it up, hitting them with shoes and throwing flakes that made references to their caste,” Shiv said.
Kumar Rao, additional SP is responsible for the Aurangabad sub-division.
He said the truth was being examined from the video where the defendant could be heard complaining “all of you drink liquor given by me, but still don’t choose me”.
Sales and consumption of liquor are blocked in Bihar.
However, Singh told the police that he “punished the villagers for creating a commotion in a drunk condition.
They filed a complaint against me after being drunk”.
A pine has been submitted with respect to episodes and investigations.
