PANAJI: The state government will frame new SOPs considering the upcoming Ganesh Chaturthi Festival, to prevent crowding.

“Pandemics are still on.

The state government will issue SOPs in this matter.
When framing SOPs, we will bring Sarvajanik Mandal Ganeshostav into self-confidence and the SOP will be issued, “Sawant said.
We all need to ensure that we celebrate the festival without crowding, he said.” There was no decision taken when reopened by school.
We have asked the center to allow us to provide a second vaccine dose to the teacher by reducing the gap between two doses.

He said that the state has made it mandatory for those who entered from Kerala to get a negative RT-PCR report, to control the spread of the virus in Goa.
