Coimbatore: Many with joy of racing fans, high octane cars and bicycle races back after the long gap induced by a pandemic.
Speedway Motor Curry, on the outskirts of the city, defaults with action on weekends as one of the first Races Post-Covid Kickstarted for JK Tire FMSCI National Racing Championship when racers from all over the country come to Coimbatore.
The highest level of prevention of Covid was taken in the venue for racers and for spectators.
Wisnu Prasad’s racers were finished on the podium twice in the LGB Formula 4 race on Sunday.
Vishnu was the first time in the race that morning while the Bengaluru racer Sohil Shah won the top slot in the second race.
In the Novice Ban JK Cup, Ruhaan Alva, who won two races on Saturday continued his victory.
Alva opened the initial advantage and did not stop.
