Thane additional district complaints of consumer forum Redressal recently said the briefing of the ‘part-judgment assessment’ about the Induleksha Cooperative Housing Society in Sector 9A, Vashi, to RS 20,000 as compensation to the flat owner.
The flat owner Deepak Thakkar, who worked at the Vashi Mall, had complained against the public in January 2020 because he did not allow him to park his car at the public place.
Compensation includes RS10,000 against damage that Thakkar’s car suffers and RS10,000 for litigation costs.
The forum also directs the public to meet a general body meeting and a proposal table to seek approval for parking car complainants in place of society.

Forum bench, led by the Chairperson of Ravindra Nagare and Gauri Kapse members and Petkar Sheetal, observed that when the car parking slot is lacking, the problem must be resolved by formulating bye rules so that allotment is carried out with rotation or regular basis to ensure the principle of natural justice, equity and conscience Well observed.
Thakkar said, “When I parked my new car at the community location, on June 12, 2016, the carriers of the community’s office gave me a notification, asking me to park it outside and my parking would be allowed only after the committee’s decision.

“He said that after that, the car window panel was broken, and the wheel was stolen.
“For two months, I waited for the Decree of the Committee of the Committee, but they did not return.
On August 6, 2016, other members of the community parked their vehicles in the community complex in the room where I used to park my own,” he said.
“So, I wrote to the chairman and community secretary about their rules for parking the vehicle that was biased, but they ignored it.
In July 2019, another car from a member was parked at the community location,” he said.
Finally, he filed a complaint with the consumer court Thane, who benefited it in October 112, 2021.
