Bengaluru: BYappanahalli police registered firs against a man for allegedly sending a ‘threat to life’ letter to Google India.
The police made an effort to track the suspect, who identified himself as Sheloob said.
According to the source, he was angry after he faced the problem when he sent money through Google Pay, Google’s digital wallet platform, and shot out of the letter, where he threatened to kill all company employees.
Vinit Khandka, Cluster Security Manager from Google India Pvt Ltd, filed a complaint against the 24th December 2021.
Police initially took a non-recognition report and requested permission from the additional metropolitan chief court to submit FIR.
The police ordered said under the provisions of Section 506 (criminal intimidation) and 507 (criminal intimidation by Anonim Communication) from IPC on January 12.
The suspect has sent an email from Sheloobosid@gmail.com to the company’s letter ID, PRSS @ Google .com, on December 3.
