Muzaffarnagar: BJP MLA Sangeet Som appeared before the court on Tuesday in the case of road blocking, but the accusation could not be framed against him because the two accusations were not present in court.
The Gopal Upoadhyay Special Judge has fixed November 26 as the next hearing date in this case.
Som appeared in front of the court on Tuesday as its alleged involvement in blocking the streets in the civil line area while protesting against the law that deteriorated and the situation of order during the BSP government in 2009.
But Virender Singh’s co-accus and Jaipal Singh failed to appear before the court .
According to prosecution, the police have registered a case against Som and three private guards to block the road on March 17, 2009.
