Case Laundering: Ed sticks to Worli Deshmukh Flat, Land

Mumbai: In the first major action against the former Minister of Internal Affairs Anil Deshmukh, Ed, investigated money laundering cases, has attached its assets – Worli flats and land in Uran – collectively worth RS 4.2 Crore at the purchase value.

Ed calculates the flat value at Rs 1.54 Crore.
The Deshmukh family has another flat in the building where they stayed.
The purchase value of 25 land fields located in Dhutum Village in Uran in Raigad district in 2006 was Rs 2.67 Crore.
Land parcels on behalf of Port Premier Pvt Ltd, companies controlled by the son of Deshmukh Salil and Hrishikesh.
